Financing is issued with approved credit by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., an Equal Housing Lender.
Orbit offers 0% for 24-60 months financing plan or zero percent deferred 12-24 months plan on all installations for pre-approved customers. Click here to apply now. Please disregard the APR financing percentage included in the Wells Fargo approval email that they automatically send with the approval notification. They are informing you in that email what the interest rate would be if you used the card for any other purchases because this is a revolving line of credit that comes with a credit card. Orbit controls the plan that we offer and that interest rate does not apply.
INFLATION REDUCTION ACT - HEAT PUMP INCENTIVES
If you're planning a few home improvements that will boost the energy efficiency of your house, you may save some money on your projects under the Inflation Reduction Act, which was signed into law in August 2022. One of the bill's main goals is to address climate change and slow down global warming.
Starting in 2023, the credit will be equal to 30% of the costs for all eligible home improvements made during the year up to $2,000 available to anyone who purchases and installs a heat pump or heat pump water heater, in addition to rebates of up to $8,000 for low- and moderate-income households earning less than 150% of the local median income.
For heat pumps, ENERGY STAR offers a general certification and a cold climate certification. In general, all ducted heat pumps that have earned the ENERGY STAR label are eligible, as well as certified mini-split systems (non-ducted) with SEER2 > 16, EER2 > 12 and HSPF > 9. Among the models that earn the ENERGY STAR Cold Climate designation, ducted systems with EER2 > 10 are eligible, and mini-splits with SEER2 > 16, EER2 > 9, and HSPF > 9.5 are eligible.

Note: Under the tax code, eligible equipment must “meet or exceed the highest efficiency tier (not including any advanced tier) established by the Consortium for Energy Efficiency which is in effect as of the beginning of the calendar year.” The eligibility described above is consistent with this requirement.
